Position: HR Executive
???? Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage recruitment documentation and maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate onboarding and employee joining formalities.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring.
Eligibility:
MBA (HR) preferred.
0–2 years of HR Recruitment experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri is an added advantage.
