NETHRA Silks & Readymades (Gandhiji Road, Erode) hires experienced textile sales professionals with 1 to 3+ years in the industry. Salary for this experience level ranges from ?1.2 Lakhs to ?3.0 Lakhs annually (roughly ?10,000 to ?25,000 per month), scaling higher depending on prior supervisory responsibilities. 1 to 3 years of direct customer-facing experience in retail silks, garments, or textile sales. Minimum 12th Pass or any Degree/Diploma.Greet customers, understand their clothing preferences, and assist them with product selection (sarees, readymades, and fabrics).Base Pay Range: ?10,000 - ?25,000 per month. Incentives based on individual or store-wide sales milestones. Typically includes EPF, ESI, and employee discounts.
