The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager at Hotel Grand Ashok in Thanjavur directs all dining, bar, and banquet operations. The expected salary for this role is approximately ?40,000 per month, which can increase based on experience and operational performance.Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a reputed hotel.Strong working knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM, DHM) is highly preferred.
