Job Description
We are hiring Textiles Sales Staff for a reputed textile showroom located in Thalayolaparambu, Kottayam. The ideal candidates can be male or female with good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a customer-friendly attitude. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in selecting suitable fabrics, readymade garments, and accessories. The candidate will be responsible for billing support, arranging merchandise in display sections, maintaining cleanliness and visual presentation of the showroom, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers. Basic knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and current fashion trends will be an added advantage. The staff should also handle customer inquiries, manage stock arrangements with the team, and support promotional activities and offers in the showroom. The candidate must be polite, energetic, and capable of working in a retail environment with targets and peak customer rush hours. Prior experience in textile sales will be preferred, but freshers with good attitude are also welcome. Immediate joining preferred.
