Job Description
We are hiring a Male Speech Therapist for our therapy center located in Aluva. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. Key duties include conducting detailed patient evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and implementing appropriate speech and language intervention techniques. The role also involves working closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals such as occupational therapists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive patient care. The therapist must maintain accurate case records, track patient progress, and modify treatment plans based on improvement. Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to handle children with special needs are essential. Prior experience in a clinical or therapy center setting will be an added advantage. Freshers with relevant qualifications in Speech-Language Pathology are also encouraged to apply.
