A Sweet Maker (or Halwai) is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting traditional and modern sweets. They manage the entire production process—from measuring and mixing raw ingredients to frying, boiling in sugar syrup, shaping, and garnishing. They ensure high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
