In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our technical team and our business clients, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and strong long-term partnerships. Core Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through our software products (such as Tap2Bill) and custom applications, ensuring they understand how to use the platforms effectively. Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with our 100+ growing client base to gather feedback, understand their evolving tech needs, and ensure high retention. Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client queries or technical issues, coordinating closely with our internal development and support teams to provide quick resolutions. Service Coordination: Educate existing clients on updates, new feature releases, or additional services (like Digital Marketing or iOS/Android updates) that could benefit their business. Data Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and support tickets to help improve our overall product delivery. Key Requirements Education: Graduate in Business Administration, IT, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, client relationship management, or a front-facing business role (experience in the IT/Software sector is a plus but not mandatory). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in the local language (Tamil) is highly preferred for client interaction, along with a good command of English. Soft Skills: A warm, empathetic, and patient personality with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client grievances gracefully. Tech-Savvy: Quick learner who can easily understand how web/mobile applications work in order to explain them clearly to non-technical clients.
