Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM Manager to manage client relationships, ensure smooth service delivery, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure timely completion of projects and business commitments.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client activity reports.
Manage and guide the CRM team to achieve departmental goals.
Ensure smooth execution of company policies and client commitments.
