Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will help increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and improve customer engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content
Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams
Develop content calendars and marketing strategies
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, or Meta Business Suite
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads or Google Analytics certification
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing
