Floor Supervisor Available Vacancy in Ariyalur A floor supervisor acts as the vital bridge between frontline staff and upper management. They oversee daily, on-the-ground operations, manage shift-level team members, ensure compliance with safety and service standards, and handle complex customer escalations to maintain a seamless, productive, and profitable workspace.Core Responsibilities & DutiesTeam Leadership & Training: Coach frontline staff, handle shift scheduling, coordinate daily task delegation, and train new hires on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Operations Oversight: Manage daily workflow, monitor inventory or stock levels, ensure facilities remain clean, and maintain a safe, hazard-free environment.Customer Experience: Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, complaints, or complex requests, working quickly to turn them into positive resolutions.Performance & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor punctuality and discipline, and report daily progress and operational bottlenecks to senior management.Key Skills NeededCommunication: Ability to clearly communicate goals to staff while actively listening to employee feedback.Problem-Solving & De-escalation: Quick thinking to handle unforeseen workplace challenges and resolve customer complaints with empathy.Emotional Intelligence: Capacity to manage a team's morale, staying calm and motivating others during high-pressure or rush periods.Time Management: Organizing shift operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.Typical QualificationsEducation: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required.
