Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) at Jollibee supports the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets. They act as P&L custodians, drive Food Safety Compliance (FSC) and Gold Standard Consistency (GSC), oversee workforce scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service and production quality.
