Description of the Role We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive with experience in client coordination, service management, and customer relationship handling. The role involves managing client communications, ensuring timely service delivery, maintaining client records, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business targets and client satisfaction. Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari Experience: 2 – 4 Years Salary: As per Company Standards Employment Type: Full-Time Skills Needed • Client Relationship Management • Customer Service and Client Coordination • Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Documentation and File Management • Planning, Scheduling, and Team Coordination • Problem-Solving and Complaint Handling • CRM and Client Database Management • Service Quality Monitoring and Follow-Up Key Responsibilities • Achieve revenue targets fixed by the management. • Ensure on-time registration formalities through proper order form filing with all client requirements and necessary approvals. • Maintain complete client records and provide regular updates on project status. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. • Communicate regularly with clients regarding work progress and service updates. • Ensure timely completion of all assigned services within the production department. • Plan, schedule, and allocate work efficiently to the technical team. • Coordinate discussions between clients and internal teams to understand and fulfill requirements. • Arrange technical interactions, meetings, and demonstrations whenever required. • Ensure service quality and timely project completion to maintain client satisfaction. • Maintain all client agreements, forms, and related documents confidentially. • Handle complete file management, including both softcopy and hardcopy records. • Maintain complete client history and service records systematically. • Respond promptly to client calls, emails, and service-related queries. • Resolve client concerns effectively and ensure a positive customer experience. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. • 2 – 4 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or business coordination. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain accurate records. • Proficiency in MS Office and client management tools.
