The candidate should possess strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills. Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound student calls. Explain courses, fees structure, and admission process clearly. Follow-up with students and parents regularly. Convert enquiries into admissions. Maintain daily call reports and follow-up updates. Build positive relationships with students and parents. Handle objections professionally and provide proper solutions. Coordinate with team leaders and management regarding admission updates. Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
