Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food and grocery items to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate various delivery routes while ensuring the safe handling of products. Duties Deliver food and grocery items to customers' locations promptly and courteously. Ensure all deliveries are accurate and meet quality standards. Handle food items with care, adhering to food safety regulations. Operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws. Maintain communication with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered. Assist with loading and unloading products from the vehicle as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Perform basic math calculations for order confirmations and receipts as required. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or grocery store environment is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices is essential. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and order processing are required. Experience in bussing or kitchen roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
