Job Summary: We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers, explain our services, and convert leads into sales. The role mainly involves calling, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads generated from different sources Explain company services clearly to potential clients Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions Convert leads into successful sales Maintain daily call records and update CRM Build and maintain good relationships with clients Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling Confidence in speaking over calls Target-oriented mindset Basic computer and CRM knowledge Qualification: Any degree (Sales/Marketing background is a plus) Freshers or experienced candidates can apply Work Focus: Lead Calling & Follow-ups Sales Conversion Customer Relationship Target Achievement
