HR Executive Role: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Experience: Fresher or Experienced What You Will Do: Handle recruitment (posting jobs, calling candidates, scheduling interviews) Maintain employee records and documents Support onboarding (joining formalities for new employees) Manage attendance and leave records Help with salary coordination and payroll support Handle employee queries and issues Support training and development activities Maintain a good work environment and employee engagement Skills Required: Good communication skills Basic knowledge of HR processes Ability to handle people and solve problems Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word) Good organization and time management Key Qualities: Responsible and punctual Friendly and approachable Ability to work in a team Willing to learn Salary & Growth: Salary based on experience Opportunity to grow into Senior HR / HR Manager roles
