Key Responsibilities Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshooting and repairing engine, electrical, and mechanical components, including EPF and ABS systems. Technical Leadership: Mentoring junior mechanics, providing technical guidance, and overseeing workshop efficiency. Quality Assurance: Conducting final inspection and test rides to ensure zero-complaint service. Customer Interaction: Liaising with service advisors to update customers, explain technical issues, and provide solutions. Documentation: Preparing accurate service records, job cards, and maintenance reports. Workshop Maintenance: Managing workshop tools, equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a technician, preferably in a dealership environment. Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of two-wheeler engines, fuel systems, and electrical systems. Licensing: Valid driver's license for two-wheeler.
