Prepare different types of dosa (plain, masala, onion, ghee roast, etc.) Prepare porotta (parotta) with proper layering and softness Maintain correct batter consistency and fermentation Handle tawa efficiently and maintain proper temperature Ensure fast service during peak hours Maintain taste consistency and presentation Keep cooking area clean and hygienic Minimize wastage of batter, oil, and dough Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
