Prepare South Indian filter coffee using traditional methods Make tea varieties (strong tea, ginger tea, masala tea if needed) Maintain consistent taste, aroma, and quality Handle high-volume orders during peak hours Boil and manage milk efficiently without wastage Maintain cleanliness of coffee/tea station Ensure proper use of coffee powder, decoction, and sugar ratios Serve beverages quickly and neatly Monitor stock (milk, coffee powder, tea powder, sugar)
