Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, sambar, chutney, pongal, meals, and variety rice Ensure consistent taste and quality in all food items Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently Supervise kitchen helpers and assign tasks Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards Monitor stock of raw materials and inform management for purchase Reduce food wastage and control costs Ensure timely preparation during peak hours Follow restaurant recipes and standards
