Key Requirements Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 2–4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of electrical systems, panels, motors, and troubleshooting Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices Ability to work in shifts and handle breakdown situations Skills Required Problem-solving and analytical skills Basic knowledge of PLC & control systems (preferred) Good communication and teamwork Attention to detail and safety awareness
