Job Description
As a Marketing & Customer Relations Intern, you will assist the CRM team in:
1. Interacting with customers through calls and responding to enquiries in a professional
and timely manner.
2. Maintaining a positive rapport with customers by providing accurate information and
appropriate guidance.
3. Understanding customer requirements and resolving queries by offering suitable
solutions.
4. Supporting lead generation activities and conducting regular follow-ups with
prospective clients.
5. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and services.
6. Maintaining and updating customer records in the database with accuracy.
7. Recommending relevant services based on customer needs and preferences.
8. Ensuring quality of work and proper documentation of all customer interactions and
actions taken.
