Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive leader to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our academic services. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% revenue fulfillment, bridging the gap between client requirements and our technical research team, and maintaining impeccable service standards. Key Responsibilities: A. Revenue & Client Relationship Management Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of achieving 100% of the revenue targets set by management. Client Rapport: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all client calls and emails, providing timely solutions and updates on work status. Satisfaction: Ensure 100% client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and meeting all deadlines. B. Production Coordination & Planning Workflow Management: Efficiently plan, schedule, and allocate tasks to the technical research team to meet production targets. Technical Bridge: Organize and facilitate technical interactions or demos between the research team and the client when necessary. Quality Assurance: Lead discussions between the team and clients to ensure all project requirements are clearly understood and implemented. C. Documentation & Data Security Formalities: Manage on-time registration, order form filing, and required client documentation with management approval. Data Integrity: Maintain 100% confidential backups of all client agreements and forms (both soft and hard copies). Tracking: Keep a detailed, updated track of the overall client history and project progress.
