Job Description
We are seeking a Banquet Manager for a Full Time position at Resort. This role is open to Male/Female candidates based in Kottayam. The successful candidate will lead and oversee all banquet and event operations—from pre?planning and logistics through to execution and breakdown—manage staff scheduling and training, coordinate with culinary, service and sales teams, control budgets and inventory, ensure impeccable service and guest satisfaction, maintain safety and hygiene standards, handle vendor and client relations, resolve issues in real?time, and work to enhance business growth through exceptional event delivery.
