Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales & Marketing Company: Zaroid Technologies Location: Kumbakonam Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT sales and marketing. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound lead generation, promoting IT solutions, and driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through inbound and outbound sales activities Promote IT products such as Billing POS systems and Website Solutions Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify new business opportunities and market trends Targets & Incentives: Minimum target: 10 conversions per month Performance-based incentives: 5% – 8% for exceeding targets Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ?12,000 – ?20,000 Attractive incentives and allowances Requirements: Proven experience in IT Sales or Marketing (mandatory) Knowledge of Billing POS systems and Website Solutions Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Multi-language proficiency is an added advantage Must own a laptop and vehicle Additional Opportunities: Open for Resellers, Freelancers, Part-timers, and Work-from-Home partners Earn 10% – 15% commission per successful conversion Opportunity to earn a fixed salary above ?15,000 based on performance Referral incentive: ?2,000 per paid customer (limited-time offer)
