Job Title: Wealth Manager – LAP / Business Loan / Enterprise Loan /MFI Location: Chennai Department: Sales & Business Development JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loan, and Enterprise Loan (EL) products. The ideal candidate will have field sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer acquisition. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory for this role. Lead Generation: Identify and source potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals. Sales & Target Achievement: Promote LAP, Business Loan, and Enterprise Loan products; meet monthly disbursement targets. Product Presentation: Clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Documentation & Compliance: Collect and verify KYC and income documents, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines. ELIGIBILITY: • Education: Any Degree. • Experience: 0-4 years in field sales, preferably in LAP, Business Loans, or MSME f inancing. • Age: 18 – 28 yrs • Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license. SALARY: • 2.07 – 2.46LPA
