Role Overview
- As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth academic operations, effective student engagement, and trainer performance monitoring. You will act as the central point of coordination between students, trainers, and the PMO team, ensuring that Techolas’ curriculum and training standards are consistently upheld.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage batch coordination including batch changes, building sheet updates, student complaints, online operations, and trainer allocation.
• Update and maintain student attendance records with accuracy.
• Track and monitor trainers’ KPIs to ensure performance standards are met.
• Oversee machine usage and mock test portions for students.
• Maintain and update CRM data in coordination with the Technical Team.
• Record batch changes and student movement in building sheets.
• Coordinate training activities with the Soft Skills team.
• Maintain and update Techolas curriculum to align with industry standards.
• Support PMO team in preparing consolidated monthly reports for academic tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Management, Education, or IT-related fields).
• Prior experience in academic coordination, training management, or student services is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, students, and management teams.
