Job Description
Inspirit Safety Solutions is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive digital engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation through structured content and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with admissions, branding, and placement goals.
Write engaging captions, advertisements, blogs, and course content with clear and consistent messaging.
Manage and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency, scheduling, and platform activity.
Handle audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and coordinate lead sharing with the admissions team.
Develop blogs and repurpose content into reels, posts, and other formats for wider reach.
Coordinate with content creators, ensure approvals, and maintain compliance before publishing.
Required Skills
Strong content writing and communication skills
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Basic video editing and content creation skills
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
Good coordination and organizational skills
Creativity and storytelling ability
Attention to detail and consistency
Preferred Qualifications
Any graduate (Marketing/Media preferred)
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing
Experience in content creation, blogging, or branding is an advantage
