Job Description
Inspirit Safety Solutions is looking for a Team Lead to join our dynamic Sales team and drive student enrollments by managing and improving the performance of the Course Counseling team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Course Counseling team to achieve admission targets and improve conversion performance
Ensure effective lead management, including proper assignment, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
Train and guide counselors on course knowledge, job market insights, and sales techniques
Implement structured counseling processes and monitor call quality to enhance performance
Coordinate with marketing for lead flow and with HR for performance tracking.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sales and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong follow-up and conversion focus
Basic knowledge of , CRM tools, Google Sheets and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Any Postgraduate (MBA/Marketing preferred)
1-3 years of experience in sales or team handling
Experience in education/training industry is an advantage
