Job Description
Sanitation & Dishwashing: Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and organizing the dishwashing area. Facility Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing dining areas, restrooms, and workstations. Support & Maintenance: Assisting servers with clearing tables (bussing), setting up buffets, and aiding the kitchen with prep work. Trash Removal: Regularly emptying trash cans and ensuring waste is properly disposed of. Safety Adherence: Maintaining high standards of hygiene and following health code regulations. Stocking: Assisting in maintaining stock levels of clean tableware and other essential items.
