Job Description
Preparation & Cooking: Assisting with washing, chopping, prepping, and cooking ingredients under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety procedures (e.g., HACCP/COSHH), and properly storing food items.
Inventory Support: Assisting with receiving deliveries, organizing storerooms, and monitoring stock levels.
Learning & Development: Developing skills across different stations (sauce, vegetables, butchery) to advance in the kitchen hierarchy.
Consistency: Ensuring precise ingredient preparation and portion sizes.
