Job Description
A Telecalling Executive is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and support sales activities. The role focuses on building good customer relationships and achieving sales or service targets through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to inquiries or concerns.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer information in the company database or CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily or monthly calling and sales targets set by the company.
Provide accurate information and maintain a professional attitude during calls.
Report customer feedback and market information to the management team.
