As part of a dynamic Vegetarian Restaurant, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, supporting staff performance, maintaining service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
