Finsure Financial Services is looking for a friendly and motivated Telecaller to join our team at our office in Kochi.
In this role, you will be the first person our customers talk to. Your job is to call potential clients, tell them about our financial products, and help grow our business.
What You’ll Do (Your Job)
Make Outbound Calls: Call people on our list and use a script to explain how our insurance and financial services can help them.
Find New Customers: Figure out if a person is interested and set up meetings for our sales team.
Keep Records: Use a computer to keep track of who you called and what they said.
Learn the Basics: Stay updated on the different insurance plans we offer so you can answer questions easily.
Hit Your Goals: Work hard to reach your daily and weekly calling targets.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: It’s a plus if you’ve worked in sales or insurance before, but the right attitude is what matters most!
Great Speaker: You should be able to speak clearly in Malayalam and English.
Positive Mindset: You don’t get discouraged if someone says "no." You stay polite and keep trying.
Computer Skills: You know how to use basic programs like MS Word or Excel.
Location: You must be able to work full-time at our office in Edappally.
