Job Description
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physician’s instructions.
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing notes.
Ensure infection control protocols and hospital policies are strictly followed.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and nursing station.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth patient care and service delivery.
