Job Description
• Collect and consolidate all inbound leads from:
o Marketing campaigns
o Real estate portals
o Website & digital channels
• Call prospects, capture key details, and qualify leads as Hot / Warm / Cold
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executive based on geography and project type
• Update CRM daily with:
o Call notes
o Lead status
o Follow-up schedules
• Coordinate daily and scheduled follow-ups with assigned Sales Executives
• Track lead movement across the funnel and monitor progress toward closure
• Maintain opportunity and account records accurately in CRM
• Monitor lead quality, follow-up discipline, and conversion ratios in coordination with the closing
team
• Provide sales support for proposal preparation, documentation, and customer coordination
• Act as a coordination bridge between sales team, marketing team, and customers to ensure
smooth communication and handovers
