Job Summary We are seeking a result-driven Sales Team Manager responsible for achieving 100% business targets set by management through effective team leadership, strategic planning, and consistent performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned monthly and annual business targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team for efficient target completion. Ensure daily market expansion and Hot/Warm/Lead tracking with regular follow-ups. Monitor and update enquiry sheets, order plans, and sales reports. Conduct weekly and monthly performance review meetings and allocate incentives accordingly. Organize and evaluate team training programs. Ensure timely completion of order documentation and registration formalities. Coordinate technical interactions with the Research Team when required. Build and sustain a high-performing sales team.
