Job Summary
A Food and Beverage Captain supervises the service team in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting. They ensure smooth daily operations, high-quality customer service, and coordination between kitchen and service staff.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide waiters and service staff
