Opening: HR Executive
???? Location: Kazhakootam, Trivandrum
We are an engineering services company handling All-India sales and service of instruments used in the Tyre Industry. We are looking for a smart, energetic HR Executive who is eager to learn and grow with us.
This role offers great exposure and learning opportunities, especially for freshers who want hands-on experience in HR operations along with basic marketing support.
What You’ll Do
Assist in day-to-day HR activities and office administration
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Help coordinate training and internal communication
Assist the sales/marketing team with basic coordination, follow-ups, and documentation
Support marketing activities like client communication, data handling, and reporting
Learn and grow across multiple business functions
Who Can Apply
Fresh MBA / graduates or candidates with up to 1 year experience
Willing to learn, adapt, and take responsibility
Good communication and coordination skills
Positive attitude and interest in HR & business operations
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
