A BPO Voice Process Associate handles inbound/outbound customer calls to resolve inquiries, complaints, or provide product information. Excellent communication, active listening, and basic computer skills are required.
Job Title: BPO Voice Process Executive / Customer Support Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls to resolve queries or outbound calls for sales/service.
Problem Resolution: Address complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about products/services.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Goal Achievement: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time (AHT) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Accent: Neutral or American/British accent may be preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong, empathetic listening and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet navigation.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
