Job Description
Responsible for leading end-to-end Human Resources and Administration functions, including HR policy development, recruitment and manpower planning, employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee engagement and relations, statutory and labor law compliance, payroll and HRMIS operations, training and development, factory manpower and compliance coordination, maintenance of statutory records, and overall office and factory administration encompassing facilities, transport, infrastructure, cost control, and supervision of administrative staff to ensure efficient, compliant, and productive organizational operations.
