We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OJT for a Full Time position at our Four Star Hotel located in Coimbatore, open to Male/Female candidates. The south indian cook will be responsible for preparing authentic south indian cuisine, managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes served. The ideal candidate should have experience with traditional south indian recipes, strong culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
