Room Attendant Job Opening in Puducherry, Pondicherry

Job Purpose To clean, maintain, and prepare guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Clean guest rooms as per hotel standards (beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture). Change bed linen, towels, and replenish guest amenities. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and corridors. Check room equipment (TV, lights, AC) and report any damage or malfunction. Refill minibar items, water bottles, and toiletries as required. Follow daily room assignment given by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping pantry and trolley. Report lost & found items immediately to the supervisor. Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and grooming standards. Respond politely to guest requests and complaints.
