Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA / PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (solar / renewable energy experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
Experience in handling social media, online ads, promotions, and offline marketing activities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
Ability to plan strategies, analyze market trends, and achieve sales targets.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Plan and execute digital marketing, social media campaigns, and promotional activities.
Generate quality leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
Manage branding activities including banners, hoardings, brochures, and advertisements.
Handle marketing team, channel partners, and field marketing activities.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and improve ROI.
Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and customer awareness programs.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and business partners.
