Field Service Engineer Job Opening in Idukki

Key Responsibilities: Carry out Installation, servicing and maintenance of machines at customer sites. Provide technical demonstrations and training to customers and dealers. Attend to service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions. Manage and support spare parts requirements and ensure proper stock availability. Maintain accurate service logs, customer reports, and spare part usage in Excel/Google Sheets. Support both dealers and direct customers with professional technical assistance. Work in close coordination with the service head and follow all standard processes. Ensure systematic reporting and documentation of all service activities. Candidates Requirements: Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related technical field. Experience: 0-4 years of experience in service/technical support (preferably in the machinery or equipment industry). Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English. Good Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and stock management. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
