Job Description
Terra Café & Patisserie is looking for a passionate and friendly Barista to join our team. If you love coffee, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a warm, welcoming café environment, we’d be happy to hear from you.
As a Barista, you will be preparing coffees, beverages, and café specials while greeting customers with a smile and providing warm, attentive service. You will also help maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, learn and follow our recipes and brewing standards, and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine love for customer interaction. Basic coffee knowledge is helpful, but training can be provided. You should be comfortable multitasking during busy hours, communicating well with the team, and bringing enthusiasm to your work. Prior café or barista experience is an advantage but not required.
