Job Description
We are a leading supplier of Film-Faced Shuttering Plywood, Marine Plywood, Flush Doors, Laminates, MDF, WPC/uPVC Sheets, and Hardware in Kochi.
We operate on an Office + Warehouse model supplying to builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, modular kitchen fabricators, and carpenters.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and acquire new B2B customers builders, carpenters, contractors, interior firms, architects.
Generate leads from field visits, references, and WhatsApp marketing.
Maintain relationships with existing customers; ensure repeat orders.
Follow up for payments & delivery coordination with office team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve revenue from allocated areas.
Maintain daily reporting customer visits, enquiries, sales funnel, follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in selling plywood, laminates, hardware, WPC, MDF, tiles, sanitaryware, paints, electricals, or any building material (Preferred).
Strong relationship-building skills.
Should know Kochi / Ernakulam market geography well.
Two-wheeler mandatory (fuel allowance provided).
Must be proactive, target-driven, and willing to do regular field visits.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 per month
Incentives: Based on Sales Targets (Typical monthly incentive 5,000 to 10,000)
Allowances: Petrol allowance + Mobile recharge + TA/DA when needed
