Job Description
ob Title: HVAC Technician (VRF & Chilled Water)
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with a minimum of 1 year of experience specializing in VRF and Chilled Water systems to join our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance: Conduct routine servicing of VRF units (indoor/outdoor) and Chilled Water components (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs).
Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical failures, electrical faults, and communication errors in VRF systems.
Installation: Assist in piping, pressure testing, vacuuming, and gas charging.
Operations: Monitor system performance via BMS and manual gauges to ensure optimal cooling efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience with VRF (Multi-V/VRV) and Water-Cooled/Air-Cooled systems.
Skills: Proficient in brazing, leak detection, and reading electrical schematics.
Certifications: Technical diploma or ITI in HVAC/Refrigeration; EPA certification is a plus.
Mindset: Strong problem-solver, safety-conscious, and a team player.
