Job Description
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, food courts, and kiosks.
Ensure smooth service during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Coordinate with park operations to align F&B services with park footfall and event schedules.
Food Quality & Hygiene
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Conduct regular quality checks and hygiene audits.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff including chefs, servers, cashiers, and helpers.
Ensure adequate staffing during peak seasons and high-footfall days.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming, and customer service standards.
Cost Control & Inventory
Control food and beverage costs through effective inventory management and waste reduction.
Monitor procurement, vendor management, and stock levels.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure FIFO practices.
Menu Planning & Sales
Plan menus in coordination with chefs, keeping customer preferences and park demographics in mind.
Introduce seasonal menus, combo offers, and promotional items.
Analyze sales trends and recommend pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Customer Experience
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
Ensure quick service and queue management during peak hours.
Drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
Financial & Reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
Track daily sales, revenue, and expenses.
Coordinate with finance team for billing, cash handling, and audits.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety norms, and park regulations.
Maintain licenses, permits, and statutory documentation.
