Job Description
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new revenue streams such as corporate bookings, school & college outings, tour operators, and bulk ticket sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agencies, educational institutions, and event organizers.
Generate leads, conduct presentations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets related to group sales and partnerships.
Partnerships & Alliances
Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts, malls, transport providers, and tourism boards.
Explore tie-ups for combo offers, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
Coordinate with digital platforms and OTAs for ticket sales and promotions.
Marketing & Promotions
Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns, offers, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Suggest innovative ideas to increase footfall during weekdays and off-peak seasons.
Events & Corporate Engagement
Promote the park as a venue for corporate events, birthday parties, school picnics, and private functions.
Coordinate with operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Revenue Analysis & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
Track ROI on promotions and partnerships.
Maintain CRM and client databases.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with ticketing, operations, marketing, and finance teams to align business goals.
Support training of sales executives and promoters.
